I have unfortunately seen homes on MLS where pics are upside down, too dark, clutter in the shot, and much, much worse.
You are paying your agent a lot of money to sell your home for top dollar. How is that happening if the photos look horrible? Not only is my client not going to want to see your home, it is going to sit on the market and you are going to lose money.
I have scoured the city in search of the best photographer for my listings and I would use no one else than this guy here.
He is professional my photos always look great and my intro videos and 3D virtual tours are all top-of-the-line quality.
I pay more to ensure my clients’ homes look better than any other home on the street. We are looking to get our clients to record prices on their streets. We cannot do that unless we are all in.
